We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on AskRepairPro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at vsgteamllc@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Ultimate access continues until the end of the current billing period.
